the 20th April, 1921, I now have the honour to transmit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following

Ordinance intituled:-

The report of the Attorney General which

explains the object of this Ordinance is enclosed.

The three instruments referred to in the

last paragraph of Mr. (now Viscount) Harcourt's Circular despatch of the 3rd May, 1913, are forwarded herewith for transmission to the Crown Agents for the Colonies.
